Salt scrub: This is a recipe for a commercial salt scrub and requires the following ingredients to make: 1 cup of sea salt, ½ of mixture of carrier oils and essential oils (whichever suits your skin type). Essential oil blends should comprise of the following – 10 drops of Peppermint, 5 drops of Orange, 5 drops of Spearmint, and 3 drops of Rosemary. This blend would be great to use in morning shower or for any other bath. You can change/modify the quantity of oils if you want an aroma of your choice.
